Kelly Bartlett
For the past 20 years, Kelly has been designing and delivering various leader development programs and initiatives, conducting high performing teaming sessions for senior leaders, leading change and culture initiatives and serving as a trusted coach and advisor for leaders at all stages in their careers.
Kelly has been coaching for the Center for Creative Leadership since 2013 and has held internal Talent Management and Learning roles in several different organizations. She has spent most of her professional time in government agencies, finance and accounting, education, automotive, technology and consumer packaged goods as well as finance and HR functions.
Kelly holds a MA in Leadership Education from the University of San Diego and is certified in many psychometric, 360, other assessments including the core Hogan personality assessments. Kelly holds an PCC level certification from the International Coaching Federation and will complete her team coaching certification in the fall of 2025.
Born and raised in Denver, Kelly now resides in the north suburbs of Atlanta Georgia with her husband, three kids and 2 boxer dogs. Kelly is an avid reader and has recently convinced her kids (ages 10, 10, and 9) to join her. She also loves dogs and wishes hers would take some leadership coaching tips, which sadly they do not. When Kelly is not at home, you'll likely find her in the north Georgia mountains enjoying some R&R, probably with her dogs, a laptop and a book.
